The stonehouses are situated in Psakoudia, Halkidiki, Greece. They are at the start of the 2nd peninsula, in Sithonia; just 50 minutes (80 kilometers) far away from Thessaloniki.

The location of the maisonettes are exceptionally privileged. They are on the seafront first; 250 meters from the beach, with a wonderful sea view. They are situated in a quiet complex of 10 stonehouses and are open throughout.

​The center of the seaside village of Psakoudia with the bars, restaurants and stores is just 300 meters away and the nearest super market is as close as 300 meters.

Houses' location is privileged for excursions to beautiful places and various beaches in Kasandra and Sithonia as well.
